📋 Description

• Lead digital editorial strategy across multiple energy and infrastructure brands. • Edit, publish, and optimize daily news articles, features, and newsletters for maximum reach. • Develop SEO-rich headlines and metadata to enhance visibility and reader engagement. • Coordinate cross-brand coverage, homepage priorities, and content pipelines. • Analyze performance metrics (traffic, open rates, CTRs) to refine editorial decisions. • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and podcast teams on cross-platform initiatives. • Mentor and support editors in best practices for digital publishing and analytics. • Assist the editor-in-chief in editorial work, including working with contributors. Attending conferences, events and association meetings.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Marketing or related field preferred. • Basic understanding of the oil and gas value industry. • Proven experience in production of digital media content. • Outstanding writing, editing, SEO and verbal communication skills. • Familiarity with CMS software, Umbraco, or similar. • Must be fluent in MS Office. • Ability to analyze trends/analytics and adjust operations to boost web/social traffic.
