• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot Biotage instruments and systems. • Deliver user training and perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance. • Provide prompt and effective technical support to maximize customer satisfaction. • Take proactive ownership of service activities and resolve customer issues effectively. • Support the expansion of service contract coverage by promoting value-added services. • Represent Biotage professionally promoting our products and instruments. • Collaborate with regional teams to support service excellence.

🎯 Requirements

• Diploma or BTech in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Instrument Engineering. • Experienced within the service industry. • Adaptable to new technologies. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
