📋 Description

• Review incoming job requests and accurately scope projects based on available information. • Collaborate with internal team members to gather additional context or ask members clarifying questions—only when necessary. (We maintain a high bar for when to loop in members, as a concierge service.) • Scope jobs ranging from small, simple tasks (e.g. replacing an outlet cover or re-caulking a tub) to larger, more complex projects (e.g. re-staining an entire fence or repairing multiple areas of drywall). • Determine fair market pricing for scoped work and match each job with the best-suited technician—typically from our in-house team of general contractors, plumbers, carpenters, and generalists. • Track job outcomes to evaluate pricing accuracy, profitability, and member satisfaction, and help build feedback loops for our growing pricing engine.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong critical thinking and judgment; able to make calls with limited data. • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset. • Prior experience in home services, project scoping, pricing, or operations. • Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment.
