📋 Description

• Develop features for client software applications and single-page applications • Build design system and web component libraries • Establish AI coding best practices and implement modern tooling like NX and AI • Upgrade and build Angular and React codebases and rapidly build proofs of concept • Work with metaframeworks, headless CMSs, monorepos, and micro frontend architectures • Improve developer experience (DevX) and enhance code quality with unit and E2E tests • Give training, perform codebase audits, resolve performance issues, and coach client developers • Consult directly with clients, attend regular meetings, and manage project milestones and blockers • Participate in one-on-ones, daily standups, weekly scrum meetings, and have protected time for presentations and open-source work • Travel occasionally to meet with clients and internal teams (1-5 days every few months)

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience developing single-page applications • Expertise with JS-based and hybrid mobile application development approaches like React Native • Solid background in Modern Front End Development, including CSS, semantic HTML, JS frameworks, metaframeworks, and component libraries • Strong JavaScript and TypeScript skills • Experience with state management patterns and libraries • Familiarity with AI development tools • Solid understanding of Computer Science (CS degree or equivalent knowledge) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to schedule daily working hours to overlap a minimum of 6 hours per weekday with the Central Time zone • Willingness and ability to travel to the US for meetings and/or training if needed • Experience with Unit and E2E testing, monorepos, micro frontend architectures, NX, headless CMS, and DevX improvements • Experience with Angular and React codebases, building design systems and web component libraries • Experience meeting with clients, performing codebase audits, resolving performance issues, coaching client developers, and giving training
