📋 Description
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Product Marketing Managers • Define and oversee the go-to-market strategies for new product launches • Research and package the Bitrise platform for key customer segments • Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, and Customer Success on marketing efforts • Support Sales with enablement tools and training • Lead Bitrise's developer-first PLG motion end-to-end • Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis • Identify market opportunities and influence product development
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in tech-heavy B2B SaaS or developer tools • Proven experience in managing and scaling a product marketing team • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Team player abilities with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills • Developer tools or DevOps platform experience is a nice to have • Experience and understanding of mobile tools and processes is a nice to have
