📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • Working Capital Fund Financial Advisor – ESAG • BizFirst is assisting our client with recruiting a full-time Working Capital Fund Financial Advisor to support a high-impact strategic financial advisory initiative with the U.S. Space Force as part of the Enterprise Space Activity Group (ESAG). • Our client is a boutique consulting firm that delivers its niche expertise to help the federal government execute strategic initiatives, optimize financial processes, modernize operations, and implement policy-level reforms across defense and intelligence agencies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (Any field) • 15 years of financial management experience in Air Force/Space Force or Department of Defense (DoD) leadership roles • Demonstrated experience in strategy and policy development advisory roles • Proven ability to detail comprehensive strategies, timelines, tasks, stakeholder engagement plans, and policy considerations for Air Force-wide initiatives • Security Clearance: TS/SCI required at time of award and maintained throughout contract performance
