📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using React, AWS Amplify, TypeScript, and GraphQL APIs. • Build and optimize mobile applications using React Native and/or Flutter, with an emphasis on offline-first design for reliability in disconnected or low-connectivity environments. • Translate wireframes, mockups, and requirements into clean, functional, and user-friendly interfaces. • Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and backend engineers to ensure seamless integration across systems. • Lead and conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to continuously refine the user experience. • Create and maintain design assets, style guides, and UI/UX workflows using Figma and Adobe XD. • Apply accessibility and usability best practices to support compliance with federal standards, including Section 508. • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize front-end performance across devices, browsers, and mobile platforms. • Document processes, design decisions, and technical implementations to support continuity and scalability.

🎯 Requirements

• U.S. Citizen. • Active TS clearance required to start. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. • 8+ years of professional experience as a Front-End Developer, UI/UX Engineer, Mobile Developer, or related technical role. • Proven expertise with React, TypeScript, AWS Amplify, and GraphQL APIs. • Demonstrated experience with mobile frameworks such as React Native or Flutter. • Proficiency with UI/UX design tools such as Figma and Adobe XD. • Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions. • Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and cross-platform development. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
