📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • Working Capital Fund Lead Financial Analyst (Strategy) – ESAG • BizFirst is assisting our client with recruiting a full-time Working Capital Fund Lead Financial Analyst (Strategy) to support the U.S. Space Force’s Enterprise Space Activity Group (ESAG). • Our client is a boutique consulting firm specializing in delivering strategic, financial, and operational solutions to defense agencies with a focus on mission impact and modernization. • Active Secret Clearance Required • As the Lead Financial Analyst (Strategy), you will drive strategic planning and transition efforts for the implementation and optimization of the Working Capital Fund (WCF) model within the U.S. Space Force. • You will develop long-range financial transition strategies, align WCF initiatives with enterprise goals, and coordinate with key stakeholders to ensure cohesive execution across organizational units. • This role requires a high-level view of financial operations, analytical depth, and the ability to translate complex data into mission-driven strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (any field) • Experience Requirements (one of the following): • 10 years of financial management experience in a Working Capital Fund (WCF) environment, OR 5 years of WCF experience PLUS one of these credentials: • Masters in Business Administration (MBA) • Certified Defense Finance Manager (CDFM) • Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM) • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) • Specialized Requirement: Proven ability to prepare comprehensive WCF transition documents detailing strategy, timelines, tasks, stakeholder engagement, and policy considerations. • Preferred: DISA FAMIS experience. • Security Clearance: Secret or higher.
