📋 Description

• Assist in building and closing current pipeline - a trusted advisor-expert in deals and pipeline management. • Help manage complex problems in current customers, prove Bizimply’s ROI/Value and prevent customer-loss. • Problem-solve in complex/large customers and use-cases to add value for the customer. • Mentor AEs & CSMs with product demos, customer issues and complex problem-solving. • Provide critical product feedback for existing and potential new features to the product team. • Work with product team to define roadmap needed to remain competitive and solve customer problems/meet customer expectations. • Help establish business partners and technological partners as part of partnership programmes. • Understand the competitor landscape in relation to Bizimply - how do we compare, how can we win in deals/prevent churn. • Strategise for Upselling to current customers and closing bigger deals for New Business. • Be available to help with larger key accounts around implementation, accounts reviews and growth opportunities. • Build solid relationships and trust with key stakeholders in all relations.

🎯 Requirements

• Lead Generation: Proactively identify and prospect new customers through your own network, outbound initiatives, and strategic partnerships. • Business Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects, ensuring consistent and targeted outreach activities. • Relationship Management: Develop strong, consultative relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their needs and positioning our solutions as the perfect fit. • Event Representation: Represent Bizimply at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads. • Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including marketing and customer success, to create tailored sales strategies and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients. • Sales Targets: Own and achieve quarterly and annual sales quotas aligned with company objectives. • RFP Management: take the lead in coordinating, preparing and presenting RFPs/RFIs with prospects. • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of activities, forecasts, and results in HubSpot, providing regular updates to the leadership team.
