• Conduct assessments & create behavior plans • Supervise ABA programs and staff • Support and train caregivers & RBTs • Collaborate with a team of experienced BCBAs

🎯 Requirements

• Active BCBA certification (required) • Experience supervising RBTs/technicians • Strong clinical and decision-making skills • Growth mindset & cultural responsiveness • We do not provide training for BCBA certification. Applicants must already hold active BCBA certification.
