📋 Description

• Lead technical discussions with stakeholders across law enforcement, government, and corporate investigations teams. • Manage customer deployments including installation (on-prem and cloud), configuration, and training. • Translate investigative workflows and business requirements into technical solutions. • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. • Coordinate internal resources and manage multiple complex tasks. • Collaborate across internal teams (sales, product, development, operations, marketing). • Deliver tailored NIMBUS demonstrations to support sales efforts. • Share best practices and reusable assets with the wider Solution Consultant team. • Support the Customer Support function on an ad-hoc basis, ensuring continuity of service when required.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum two years as a Solution Consultant or equivalent experience in a relevant industry. • Proven experience managing large-scale software deployments. • Experience in corporate investigations, compliance, fraud, or forensic environments. • Strong communication and presentation skills. • Ability to translate investigative processes into technical workflows. • Solid IT and analytical skills. • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently. • Eligible for UK Security Clearance (SC) and NPPV3. • Willingness to travel within the UK and EU.
