📋 Description

• Perform rigorous manual testing across our entire suite of products, including our web-based SaaS platform, iOS and Android mobile applications, and macOS and Windows desktop clients. • Create, maintain, and execute test automation scripts for repetitive tasks. • Analyze product requirements, user stories, and technical specifications to create, document, and maintain detailed and well-structured test plans and test cases. • Identify, isolate, and meticulously document defects in our bug tracking system (e.g., Jira). • Develop and execute regression test suites to ensure that new features or bug fixes do not negatively impact existing functionality. • Work in an Agile environment, actively participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. • Pay special attention to testing security features, access controls, data privacy rules, and encryption integrity. • Collaborate across teams to contribute to the continuous improvement of our QA processes, tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency and test coverage.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in a software quality assurance role. • Demonstrated experience testing applications across various platforms: • Web/SaaS applications in modern browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox). • Native mobile applications (iOS and Android). • Desktop applications (macOS and Windows). • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes (e.g., functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing). • Proficiency with bug tracking and test case management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail). • Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, Insomnia) to validate backend services. • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development cycles. • Basic understanding of databases and SQL for data validation purposes is a plus. • Experience with integrating AI automation into testing workflows is a plus. • A genuine interest in cybersecurity and privacy. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical issues clearly and concisely. • A meticulous and methodical approach to testing, with the ability to identify subtle issues that others might miss. • Autonomy and Collaboration: A self-starter who can manage their workload effectively while also functioning as a collaborative and supportive team member.
