• Regularly listen to sales calls to assess quality, compliance, and effectiveness. • Identify performance gaps and opportunities for improvement and provide clear, actionable feedback to sales representatives. • Conduct one-on-one and group coaching sessions focused on improving sales techniques, objection handling, communication, and closing skills. • Lead onboarding programmes for new sales representatives, teaching company processes, scripts, and best practices. • Deliver ongoing training sessions and refreshers to ensure skills remain sharp. • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability among the sales team.
• Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience with strong results (inside sales or telesales preferred). • Prior experience in call monitoring, quality assurance, coaching, or training. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate salespeople. • Deep knowledge of sales strategies, including objection handling and closing techniques. • Comfortable creating and delivering structured training programmes. • Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment. • Willing to work U.S. hours (9:00AM-6:00PM EST / 3:00 PM-12:00 AM SAST).
