📋 Description

• Take ownership of payroll for NL and DE • Manage contract management and employee administration within HRIS • Provide business support to the leadership team • Deliver reporting and analytics • Partner with external experts for smooth operations • Contribute to writing and rolling out policies

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in People Operations • 5 years of business partnering in an international company • Strong knowledge of HRIS systems • Experienced in relocation & visa platforms • Knowledge of payroll processes • Skilled in reporting analytics • High emotional intelligence (EQ) • Proficiency in Dutch (minimum C1) and English; German is a plus
