📋 Description

• Provides technical leadership to a team of software developers. • Leads software development projects by managing the team's resources and timelines. • Designs, develops, and tests software solutions by creating high-quality, reusable, and scalable code. • Ensures the technical feasibility of proposed project designs. • Drives coding standards and best practices by implementing effective software development methodologies. • Identifies and resolves complex technical issues by continuously monitoring software performance. • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative technical solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, including 3+ years in a leadership role. • Experience with agile project management and workflow tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar. • Proficiency in using Git or other version control systems. • Expertise in one or more programming languages, such as Ruby, Java, and JavaScript. • Strong background in designing, implementing, and managing microservices architecture, including Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and multi-tenant SaaS platforms. • Knowledge of frontend and backend technologies, databases, cloud services, and APIs. • Understanding of software architecture and design principles, including modularization, bounded contexts, event-driven patterns, and multi-tenant strategies. • Familiarity with continuous integration, continuous delivery, and deployment tools. • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions aligned with DDD and compliance best practices. • Knowledge and hands-on experience with ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type I & II, GDPR, CCPA, and related security/privacy frameworks. • Ability to design architectures and processes for data security, privacy, and regulatory compliance. • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. • Proven ability to lead a team and deliver high-quality software projects.
