• Responsible for providing high-quality technical support and service to our medical imaging customers. • This includes the installation, inspection, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of medical imaging equipment, ensuring it meets the highest operational standards. • You will work independently in the field to diagnose and resolve technical issues, while adhering to safety regulations and OEM specifications. • Service medical imaging equipment focused within the United States. • Calibrate and troubleshoot imaging systems and computer components to ensure performance aligns with OEM specifications. • Ensure the system operates effectively to meet customer needs and expectations. • Move the company forward in engineering competency. • Represent the company professionally in all on-site interactions and communicate customer feedback effectively to internal teams. • Evaluate, install, and perform preventive maintenance on imaging equipment, while providing advanced-level troubleshooting and repair of electronic, mechanical, and network-related issues. • Continual expansion of knowledge base in the repair and installation of equipment. • Provide regular project updates, feedback, and insights to management, including the Zone Service Director, to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement. • Remain available to address technical issues and respond to inquiries promptly. • Document newly developed processes and provide training to end users. • Perform additional duties as assigned to support team and organizational goals.
