📋 Description

• Lead, manage, and develop engineers by setting clear expectations, providing coaching, and supporting long-term career growth • Build a high-performing engineering team by attracting and retaining strong technical talent • Partner with Product Owners to turn customer and business needs into actionable engineering work and deliver high-quality outcomes • Guide day-to-day execution of iterative and incremental software development using agile methodologies • Leverage AI tools to accelerate delivery, enhance engineering workflows, and increase team effectiveness • Identify and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies that affect engineering throughput and product delivery • Maintain a strong focus on code quality, system reliability, scalability, and maintainability • Champion agile and DevOps practices to improve reliability, automation, and deployment speed • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and operational excellence • Facilitate strong communication and alignment across engineering, product, and other cross-functional teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience) • 2+ years of experience in an engineering management role • 5+ years of experience developing and delivering software products iteratively and incrementally • Experience working in SaaS or B2B software environments • Experience participating in and supporting technical architecture or design discussions • Experience with AI development tools such as Claude Code or GitHub Copilot • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to lead and collaborate effectively in a fully remote environment • Strong critical thinking, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
