📋 Description

• Be the technical point-of-contact for customer GIS teams • Support sales team with pre-sales discovery, demos and project scoping • Deploy the BlueConduit solution to customer ArcGIS Online orgs • Load datasets prepared by BlueConduit into customer ArcGIS Online orgs • Answer customer questions about GIS data architecture and security related to BlueConduit • Scale GIS onboarding process by contributing to user guides and documentation • Advise product development and integration with GIS systems

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • 5+ years of experience working or building in the ESRI ArcGIS ecosystem • GISP Certification a plus, but not required • Familiar with data management best practices in ArcGIS Online • Competent in Python • Experience writing technical and customer facing documentation • Aptitude for problem solving and pushing to action • Comfort with ambiguity and willingness to adapt to new information • Utility/infrastructure or water experience is preferred, but not necessary • Must be eligible to work in the US
