• Lead the execution of paid influencer collaborations, TikTok Shop campaigns, and gifting-based partnerships to boost brand awareness, engagement, and sales. • Identify suitable influencers and build relationships. • Coordinate the process to ensure seamless execution of campaigns. • Track campaign performance and gather content for brand use, aligning efforts with business objectives. • Manage end-to-end paid collaborations across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube — from outreach and negotiation to execution and reporting. • Develop campaign strategies that align with brand goals and maximize engagement and ROI. • Track and analyze performance metrics, providing insights and optimization recommendations. • Recruit and onboard TikTok Shop creators and affiliates. • Set up and manage TikTok Shop campaigns to drive conversions and revenue. • Monitor key performance metrics (clicks, sales, conversion rate) and provide actionable insights. • Identify and evaluate potential influencers for gifting collaborations. • Coordinate product shipments, track deliveries, and monitor campaign activities. • Collect and organize influencer-generated content for use across brand channels. • Measure the impact of gifting campaigns and report performance to internal teams.
• 2–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or related roles. • Proven experience managing paid influencer, gifting campaigns, and TikTok Shop. • Strong understanding of influencer marketing strategies, social media trends, and content best practices. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and draw actionable insights. • Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously. • Creative thinker with a passion for influencer culture and brand storytelling. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.
