📋 Description

• Lead disaster recovery, business continuity, and operational resilience programs supporting critical applications and services • Strengthen resiliency, recoverability, stability, and readiness of critical technology services • Identify operational risks, resiliency gaps, and technology vulnerabilities, and lead remediation efforts • Lead Live DR, recovery testing, failover exercises, restoration testing, and resilience validation activities • Coordinate recovery planning, dependency mapping, remediation, and resilience deliverables across the U.S. P&BB and Wealth Technology portfolio • Partner with application, infrastructure, cloud, business, risk, audit, and enterprise resiliency teams • Establish governance processes, metrics, dashboards, and reporting for resilience posture and initiative progress • Communicate technical and resilience information to senior leaders, business stakeholders, and executive audiences • Drive stakeholder accountability for commitments, milestones, and resilience objectives • Lead technology currency and end-of-life remediation initiatives • Reduce technology debt and improve operational sustainability • Monitor currency metrics, remediation plans, risks, and enterprise commitments • Manage a small team by setting priorities, coaching, driving accountability, and supporting development • Facilitate meetings, executive reviews, and risk discussions • Develop executive-ready reporting and presentations • Foster accountability, ownership, continuous improvement, and operational excellence

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in business continuity planning, disaster recovery, operational resilience, technology risk, infrastructure operations, service delivery, or technology governance • Knowledge of disaster recovery testing, recovery planning, resiliency frameworks, and operational readiness practices • Experience driving large-scale cross-functional initiatives involving technology, infrastructure, cloud, and business stakeholders • Understanding of technology currency management, technical debt reduction, application lifecycle management, and end-of-life remediation • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage ambiguity and drive results • Previous people leadership experience preferred • Technical background in application development, infrastructure, cloud technologies, or technology operations considered an asset • Ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deliverables • Ability to build relationships and influence across a complex, matrixed organization • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to executive, business, and non-technical audiences • Sound judgment, accountability, and continuous improvement mindset
