📋 Description

• Provide day-to-day delivery of critical lending operations processes, including loan administration and servicing activities • Execute payments, transactions, service requests, administrative activities, and stakeholder inquiry fulfillment within service level agreements • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve processes and workflows and achieve business results • Provide advice and guidance on implementation of solutions • Support strategic initiatives and change management activities • Respond to standard and non-standard inquiries from internal business partners and external customers • Integrate information from multiple sources for efficient processes, enhanced analysis, and streamlined reporting • Monitor and track performance and address issues • Process, review, and verify loan information and documentation • Check and reconcile information and documentation for accuracy and completeness • Identify and resolve discrepancies and escalate issues when necessary • Manage documentation and maintain proper records • Collaborate on development and implementation of new processes, systems, and improvements • Maintain understanding of regulatory requirements and operational risks • Support development of tools and delivery of training • Participate in planning, testing, and implementation of continuous improvement projects • Provide problem-solving support for more junior staff as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Typically 3–5 years of relevant experience • Post-secondary degree in a related field of study or equivalent combination of education and experience • In-depth knowledge and experience using relevant systems and technology • In-depth knowledge of business-unit products, services, processes, and controls • In-depth knowledge of business risk and regulatory requirements • Good prioritization skills • In-depth PC skills, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Specialized knowledge from education and/or business experience • In-depth verbal and written communication skills • In-depth collaboration and team skills • In-depth analytical and problem-solving skills • In-depth influence skills • Strong attention to detail for compliance, quality control, and follow-up • Experience with internal audits, calibration, and transaction verification using MCF or similar tools • Experience preparing monthly productivity and quality reports • Knowledge of taxes and mortgage advances • Fluency in French and English required to support clients and team members inside and/or outside Quebec
