📋 Description

• Manage the CRA Service Test • Review progress of the bank as it relates to the CRA • Analyze and report required data to support regulatory exams • Provide actionable insights for executives and line of business partners • Maintain an accurate list of open branches, branch hours, and branch changes • Conduct self-exams to determine level of compliance • Regularly update performance context reporting • Analyze alternative delivery systems (ADS) data • Prepare materials for presentations, committees, and exams • Support CRA data integrity, audits, and regulatory examinations

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated in depth working knowledge of the Community Reinvestment Act • Technical proficiency gained through education and/or business experience • Verbal & written communication skills – In depth • Collaboration & team skills - In-depth • Analytical and problem-solving skills – In depth • Influence skills – In depth • Data driven decision making - In-depth • Typically between 4 - 6 years of relevant experience
