📋 Description

• Support and deliver operational processes for timely and accurate settlement of Security, Derivative, Foreign Exchange and Money Market transactions executed globally • Confirm activity is accurately recorded in the bank's book of records • Provide pre- and post-settlement support for account opening, confirmation, cash management, margin, and collateralization • Support specialized operations including Asset Servicing, Correspondent Banking Services, and Wire Payment Operations • Ensure compliance with regulatory topics and reporting requirements • Gather and format data into regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards • Support change management, including execution and sustainment activities • Serve as a problem-solving resource for more junior staff • Organize work information and execute service requests, transactions, and queries within SLAs • Follow documented policies and procedures and ensure service level agreements are met • Check and reconcile information and documentation for accuracy and completeness • Analyze data and provide insights and recommendations • Identify and resolve issues and discrepancies; escalate as required • Deal directly with clients to resolve issues • Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders • Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships to fulfill service delivery expectations • Understand regulatory requirements and operational risks and maintain operational integrity • Collaborate on new processes/systems and improvements to existing systems and processes • Support development of tools and delivery of training • Complete complex and diverse tasks and handle escalations • Apply the Risk Management Framework and make risk-informed decisions aligned with business strategy and applicable policies, laws, and regulations

🎯 Requirements

• Typically 2–3 years of relevant experience • Post-secondary degree in a related field of study desirable, or equivalent combination of education and experience • Good knowledge and experience using relevant systems and technology • Good knowledge and understanding of business unit products, services, processes, and controls • Good knowledge of business risk and regulatory requirements • Good prioritization skills • Good customer service skills • Good PC skills, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Specialized knowledge • Good verbal and written communication skills • Good organization skills • Good collaboration and team skills • Good analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work within documented policies, procedures, rules, limits, and SLAs • Ability to apply the Risk Management Framework and comply with applicable laws and regulations
