📋 Description

• Provide exceptional service to corporate credit card program administrators and/or cardholders • Handle incoming inquiries via all communication channels • Fulfill administration requests according to approved procedures • Respond to inquiries regarding new/enhanced products or solutions • Provide real-time support on using program tools and technologies • Act as a liaison for issue resolution • Pre-screen requests to issue corporate credit cards

🎯 Requirements

• Completed high school education, or equivalent work experience • Knowledge of corporate credit cards products and Services • Good knowledge of call center technology, processes and metrics • Communication skills (verbal and written) • Proven conflict resolution skills • Some understanding of Risk Management and Compliance • Fluency in English and/or French (oral and written)
