📋 Description

• Develop solutions and recommendations based on business strategy and stakeholder requirements • Advise business partners on solution implementation and process improvements • Act as a trusted advisor to assigned business groups and stakeholders • Manage full-cycle fund accounting activities for multiple investment fund entities • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements • Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders • Oversee annual tax reporting and ensure compliance with tax, regulatory, and accounting requirements • Coordinate annual audits and liaise with external auditors and internal stakeholders • Develop, maintain, and monitor accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls • Support strategic initiatives and analyze strategic issues • Manage client and stakeholder relationships, expectations, timelines, and service commitments • Analyze complex financial and operational information and provide insights to senior management • Design and produce recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and management information • Support operational programs, client onboarding, fund launches, system testing, and special projects • Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting, taxation, controls, and operational processes

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of fund accounting, financial statement preparation, investment fund reporting, and taxation • Comprehensive understanding of accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and financial controls • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills • Experience working with external auditors, regulators, service providers, and cross-functional business partners • Advanced reporting, data analysis, and dashboard development skills • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, quality, and risk management
