📋 Description

• Partner with business leaders to drive operational performance. • Optimize customer contact strategies and enhance incentive effectiveness. • Deliver actionable analytics that support key business decisions. • Research and apply continuous improvement in data visualization. • Develop tools and deliver training programs for use of reporting tools and self-serve analytics.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience. • 4 - 6 years of relevant experience. • Advanced SQL skills. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. • Experience building dashboards, reports, and visualizations using business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
