📋 Description
• Provide high-quality day-to-day support to a specialized client base by resolving operational and technical issues • Deliver information on BNY products and services • Direct clients to appropriate internal resources • Address and resolve routine operational and technical client inquiries • Monitor and track client inquiries and issues to support business development and improve client experience • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of client requests
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • 0-3 years of work experience preferred, ideally in client services or an operational area • Strong communication skills and ability to deliver excellent client service • Basic understanding of BNY broader services and offerings is advantageous • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
