⢠7+ years of shopper marketing, retail marketing, or trade marketing experience, preferably in CPG ⢠Experience in infant/baby category, natural products, or premium consumer brands is a strong plus ⢠Proven track record of developing successful shopper marketing programs that deliver measurable results ⢠Strong understanding of retail landscape across traditional and digital channels ⢠Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze retail data and translate insights into actionable strategies ⢠Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously ⢠Creative problem-solver who can develop innovative solutions within budget constraints ⢠Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to influence without direct authority ⢠Knowledge of retail media networks and digital shopper marketing tactics ⢠Experience managing external agencies and vendor relationships ⢠Passion for Bobbie's mission and commitment to supporting parents
