• Liderar y desarrollar el Squad de Customer Success, definiendo la visión, estructura y los procesos óptimos para una gestión proactiva y de alto impacto del ciclo de vida del comercio (CLM). • Establecer la cultura del equipo, enfocándola en el crecimiento, la retención, y la defensa activa del cliente. • Ser el dueño estratégico de la métrica Net Promoter Score (NPS) de Bold. • Trabajar de la mano con los Product Managers, actuando como el socio estratégico que traduce la Voz del Cliente (necesidades, pain points) y los hallazgos de la investigación en requerimientos de producto prioritarios y mejoras en el roadmap de Bold. • Vincular directamente la mejora del NPS y la efectividad del equipo CS con KPIs de negocio críticos, como la reducción del Churn y el aumento del Lifetime Value (LTV).
• Profesional en Administración de empresas, Ingeniería industrial, Economía o afines. • 4+ años de experiencia en equipos de Producto, investigación, marketing o similares. • Preferiblemente experiencia en Startup. • Deseable Postgrado. • Manejo de Excel Avanzado. • Conocimiento y experiencia en investigación y Análisis de resultados.
