📋 Description

• Diseñar, implementar y gestionar estrategias de Lifecycle Management y Relationship Management enfocadas en la retención y la reactivación de comercios no gerenciados. • Analizar indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPIs), como la tasa de retención, la tasa de reactivación y el crecimiento del TPV, y ser directamente responsable de su cumplimiento. • Liderar la creación y el lanzamiento de estrategias de Marketing de Penetración que integren de manera efectiva el ecosistema completo de productos de Bold. • Monitorear continuamente el TPV de los comercios para identificar y mitigar proactivamente los riesgos de churn y early Churn. • Implementar acciones tácticas de cross-sell y up-sell para proteger y hacer crecer el valor transaccional de la cartera no gerenciada.

🎯 Requirements

• Profesional en Administración de empresas, ingeniería industrial, mercadeo o afines. • 2+ años de experiencia en cargos relacionados a estrategias para fidelización, retención, crecimiento y reactivación de productos. • Preferiblemente experiencia en Startup • Manejo de Excel Avanzado. • Cursos de Marketing digital, gestión de bases de datos, o afines.
