📋 Description
• Support our finance team with day-to-day accounting in various weclapp ERP systems • Recording, reviewing and coding incoming invoices • Matching, posting and reconciling bank transactions • Maintaining, updating and quality-assuring accounting data in the ERP system • Contributing to the development and optimization of accounting processes • Supporting small projects with accounting or organizational relevance • Performing general administrative tasks in the accounting area
🎯 Requirements
• You are a currently enrolled student in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance or a related field • Ideally, you have initial practical experience in (financial) accounting • Interest in modern ERP systems and digital accounting processes • A careful, structured and reliable working style • Confident handling of numbers and a strong attention to accuracy • Strong sense of responsibility • Proactive, engaged working style and enjoyment in understanding how things interrelate • Quick comprehension of processes and workflows • Motivation to learn and to further develop yourself
