📋 Description

• Assist in developing social strategies across multiple brands and platforms, mainly Instagram and TikTok • Manage the monthly content calendar, including building, scheduling, and posting content • Manage external agencies and content sources, guiding strategy from a brand and social expert perspective • Grow and manage communities across platforms and brands • Manage inbound and outbound communications, support creator relationships, and identify gifting, partnership, and giveaway opportunities • Ideate engaging content aligned with brand direction, current best practices, and platform algorithms • Support social copy and caption development using brand voice and community-relatable language • Own social listening efforts and report consumer feedback, competitor insights, sentiment, cultural signals, and potential risks • Support social reporting and summarize monthly content efforts, learnings, and opportunities • Monitor the social landscape and industry trends to deliver innovative concepts • Collaborate with the social team, marketing partners, and external agencies to develop creatives aligned with brand goals and strategies • Manage inbound and outbound communications on holidays and weekends as needed to maintain inbox and social presence • Perform other responsibilities as required

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in organic social media, including previous experience in a social media manager role • Proven social and content strategy track record driving engagement and increased brand awareness • Experience owning content strategy and ideation for a beverage, CPG, beauty, or like-minded brand • Skilled in identifying trends, cultural moments, and brand storytelling opportunities • Experience in community building and management • Experience managing an external agency or content partners • Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects, brands, and timelines • Proactive, detail-oriented, and diligent quality checker • Strong communication skills and comfort sharing feedback with external agency partners • Experience with social listening and customer service across platforms • Experience with social reporting and scheduling tools such as Dash, Sprout, and Trello • Ability to use analytics, testing, and performance insights to optimize content and inform strategy • Preferred: experience supporting cross-functional collaboration for product launches or retail moments • Preferred: understanding of the influencer ecosystem, social/PR gifting campaigns, and creator-driven amplification strategies • Content creation skills, including vertical video, on-camera, or meme/graphic content, are a plus • Ability to work full-time Monday through Friday and manage communications on holidays and weekends as needed
