📋 Description

• You actively advise our clients across the Purchase-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash processes with the aim of identifying optimization potential and driving digital transformation. • You analyze and assess customer processes and their specific requirements to develop tailored concepts. • You act as an expert for ERP/DMS solutions (end-to-end processes, Purchase-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash) at our clients. • You apply your knowledge of databases, data warehousing, Business Intelligence and AI technologies to optimize our clients' processes. • You support or, depending on the project, manage the implementation process for your area of responsibility and are responsible for customer-specific customizations. • You build and maintain strong relationships with our clients. • You support the sales team during the sales process to help achieve shared success.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business Informatics, Economics with a focus on IT/Finance, Media Informatics, or a related field. • Minimum of three years' professional experience with ERP systems. • Project management knowledge, ideally PRINCE2 or IT service management according to ITIL v4. • A strong interest in vendor-independent consulting and a passion for supporting companies in digitizing their processes. • Experience or willingness to prepare functional specifications and work closely with ERP consultants to develop integrated solutions. • Very good German and good English language skills. • Willingness to work on-site at customer locations across Germany as required.
