• Are you passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences and excelling in a fast-paced environment? Book With Mel is seeking a dedicated Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. • As a key player in the company, you’ll work closely with our founder, Melanie, to ensure seamless event planning and sales support for our clients. • In this role, you’ll manage client inquiries, assist with reservations, provide tailored recommendations, and contribute to the overall success of our business. • If you are proactive, detail-oriented, and have a knack for sales and customer service, we want to hear from you!

🎯 Requirements

• Proactive & Resourceful: Able to take initiative, solve problems, and anticipate client needs in a fast-paced environment. • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure high accuracy in all aspects of the role. • Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus. • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. • High-Pressure Performance: Comfortable handling high-stress situations while maintaining a positive attitude. • Tech-Savvy: Familiar with communication platforms, CRM tools, and productivity software (e.g., Notion, Google Workspace). • Event Planning or Hospitality Experience: A background in event planning, nightlife, or customer service is a huge plus. • Team-Oriented: Ability to collaborate effectively and contribute to a positive team environment.
