📋 Description

• Co-lead Target Sourcing & Market Scanning • Facilitate Discussions with Potential Targets, Deal Kickoff & Handoff • Lead Data Room & NDA Management • Build and Own Deal Models • Support Organization of Due Diligence Workshops • Support Board-Level Recommendations • Support Integration Handoff • AI-Adoption: Drive continuous optimization of all M&A related processes

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years in corporate development, private equity, strategy consulting, ideally with software, SaaS, or tech exposure • Bachelors degree • Technical Skills, Communication & Strategic Thinking: Excellent ability to synthesize information from qualitative and quantitative sources, distill it into strategic insights, and present to senior leaders • Advanced financial modeling, strong analytical capabilities • Organizational Strength: Self-starter who can juggle multiple workstreams, maintain thorough organization, and hit tight deadlines • Adaptability & Learning Agility: Demonstrated ability to quickly pick up new domains
