📋 Description

• Model Development: Design and evaluate AI/ML models tailored to BPM use cases (e.g., tax AI bot, Copilot extensions). • Data Engineering: Prepare and manage structured and unstructured datasets, ensuring quality inputs for training and evaluation. • AI Integration: Build and deploy AI features into BPM systems and workflows, using tools like Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, and Power Platform. • Automation: Deliver automation solutions that streamline operations and reduce manual effort for Tax, Assurance, and Advisory practices. • Collaboration: Work closely with IT, business stakeholders, and data governance teams to identify use cases and ensure solutions align with firm goals. • Experimentation & Innovation: Rapidly prototype AI solutions, test emerging tools, and recommend best practices for adoption. • Governance & Quality: Apply responsible AI practices, ensuring models are accurate, explainable, and compliant with BPM’s standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong background in machine learning, data science, and applied AI. • Proficiency with Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, and Microsoft ecosystem tools. • Experience building chatbots, copilots, or similar AI-driven automation. • Solid programming skills with Python. • Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) is a plus. • Experience preparing datasets and building ML pipelines. • Familiarity with product development lifecycles and agile delivery practices. • Security-conscious mindset with knowledge of data protection best practices, especially when working with sensitive or regulated data. • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to translate business needs into AI solutions. • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work across technical and non-technical teams. • Ability to explain complex AI concepts simply to stakeholders. • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field along with at least 5 years of related work experience.
