🎯 Requirements

• A PASSION for blockchain and digital assets. • Licensed CPA preferred. • BS/BA degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. • MBA or other advanced degree preferred. • Experience in blockchain and digital assets is ideal, however, not necessary. • Familiarity with technical accounting matters common to the industry, such as token issuances, exchange/custodial accounting, DeFI, staking, lending, derivatives accounting, crypto basis tracking, etc. • Minimum of 3-5 plus years of audit experience. • Prior experience in core assurance services conducting audit planning, developing audit programs, performing testing and preparing work papers is required. • Knowledge of internal accounting controls, control testing, professional standards and regulations. • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to conduct technical research required. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word. • Understanding of the blockchain and digital assets technology ecosystem (smart contracts, block explorers, crypto tracking and accounting software, blockchain analysis, and other RegTech tools).
