• Design, develop, and execute personalized marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. • Utilize SFMC Personalization (formerly Interaction Studio) or other personalization modules to create tailored experiences. • Collaborate with marketing, design, and analytics teams to align personalization strategies with overall business goals. • Manage campaign automation, segmentation, and journey mapping within SFMC. • Analyze campaign performance and implement improvements based on data insights. • Ensure compliance with data privacy and best practice standards.
• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud. • Proven experience in SFMC Personalization (Interaction Studio) or similar personalization tools. • Strong knowledge of journey builder, automation studio, audience segmentation, and dynamic content creation. • Solid understanding of email marketing best practices, HTML/CSS for email, and data-driven personalization. • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams. • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications are a plus.
