📋 Description

• Leading the planning and execution of large-scale live events, brand activations, and immersive shows in international markets. • Managing budgets of at least €500k with full financial responsibility, including forecasting, cash flow, and reporting. • Serving as the primary client contact to ensure alignment between the client’s creative vision and objectives. • Leading and motivating project teams of at least 5 direct reports, including producers, creative directors, and technical specialists. • Overall responsibility for production structures: schedules, workflows, and resource allocation. • Ensuring seamless collaboration between creative, design, and production teams so story-driven concepts are realized in production. • Anticipating risks and proactively resolving challenges related to budget, schedule, or technical delivery. • Providing regular reporting to the Head of Events and the Co-CEOs.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in project leadership within live event production, brand activations, or immersive experiences. • Hands-on expertise in show production or large-scale experiential events. • Strong understanding of technical production processes, vendor management, and on-site execution. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with key stakeholders. • Proficient in project management methodologies and tools (budgeting, scheduling, reporting). • Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously. • Fluent in English; German is a plus. • Proactive, solutions-oriented leader with a passion for creating exceptional experiences.
