• Build and maintain dashboards in Looker Studio, focusing on quick readability and decision-making. • Prepare and organize data in BigQuery (SQL — Structured Query Language) and Google Sheets. • Unify sources (paid media, web analytics, CRM/operational), standardizing dimensions (brand canonicalization, channel, campaign, domain). • Define and track acquisition and efficiency KPIs (e.g., CPC — Cost per Click, CTR — Click-Through Rate, CPA — Cost per Acquisition, conversions). • Produce clear, actionable recommendations for campaign and journey optimization, with “before × after” comparisons. • Ensure data quality and lightweight governance (naming conventions, deduplication, metrics dictionary).
• Hands-on experience with Looker Studio, BigQuery (SQL), and Google Sheets. • Experience with Google Ads and GA4 (Google Analytics 4) for reading and interpreting reports and metrics. • Ability to combine sources and standardize dimensions for consistent analyses. • Knowledge of descriptive statistics and correlation; direct, business-oriented communication. • Basic automation (Apps Script/Python) and familiarity with ETL/ELT concepts (Extract-Transform-Load / Extract-Load-Transform). • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, RD Station) and e-commerce data (e.g., VTEX, Shopify). • Good data visualization practices and version control (e.g., Git) for queries and assets.
