📋 Description

• Build the paid engine: Launch our first retargeting campaigns on YouTube and Google. You will define the strategy, write the hooks, and manage the execution. • Fix the funnel: You will overhaul our landing pages and email sequences to increase conversion rates. • Own the numbers: You will implement proper tracking so we know exactly which dollar leads to which sale. • Lead new initiatives: We are constantly evolving. You will take ownership of new projects and growth channels.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ Years of experience in Digital Marketing / Growth • Proven track record selling **Info Products, Subscriptions, or Education** • Deep knowledge of YouTube • Fluent English
