• Define requirements for chapter dashboards, ensuring alignment with organizational KPIs. • Collaborate with the Sr. Manager of Marketing Analytics & Digital Strategy and organizational technology/data team to scope data sources, metrics, and reporting cadence. • Deliver clear, accessible marketing dashboards for local chapters to better engage community members and communicate about the organization’s mission. • Work cross-functionally with fundraising, marketing and technology teams to advance data pipelines, warehousing, and reporting systems. • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and scalability across marketing and chapter-level analytics – contributing to standard operating procedures, data flow processes and documentation.
• College Degree or equivalent experience • 3-5 years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or data strategy (nonprofit or multi-channel marketing experience a plus) • Demonstrated proficiency in data visualization and reporting platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio • Strong understanding of marketing data ecosystems, including CRM, email, web analytics, and paid media platforms (e.g., SFMC, Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Meta Ads Manager) • Exceptional ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences • Clear, effective communicator - both verbal and written • Outstanding time & task management skills • Strong desire to learn and utilize technology • Self-Motivated and able to work independently on projects • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing industry and stakeholder needs • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
