📋 Description

• Lead and support execution of capital markets transactions, including debt issuances and ABS • Prepare pitch books, investor presentations, and related materials for capital-raising and financing activities • Build and maintain financial models in support of transactions and special projects, ensuring accuracy and integrity • Collaborate cross-functionally with FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, and Business Units to align on financing activities • Partner with external parties such as investment banks, legal advisors, rating agencies, and equity sponsors to execute transactions effectively • Support management in investor and third-party communications, ensuring consistent and accurate messaging

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in capital markets, investment banking, corporate finance, or treasury • Proven experience supporting or leading financing transactions and investor communications • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with high attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information for senior management and external stakeholders • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
