📋 Description

• Own and drive the strategic vision and road map of our client facing software platform • Collaborate with leadership team and key stakeholders • Lead a team of engineers and UX designers • Identify strategic opportunities and balance internal initiatives and priorities • Continuously deliver against our strategic road map while enhancing user experience • Ensure the product roadmap serves both revenue growth and operational scalability • Oversee execution of roadmap initiatives • Build data-driven decision making into all phases of product development • Lead user and market research efforts to inform strategy

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience • At least 2+ years owning a road map of client facing features • Proven experience building and scaling client facing platforms in a high-growth or startup environment • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, operations, sales, and customer success teams • Deeply data-driven with strong analytical skills; experience building KPIs and leveraging analytics for decision-making • Skilled in leading user research, usability testing, and market analysis • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to ruthlessly prioritize a backlog to deliver the most critical new features and improvements to a large platform • Experience integrating 3rd party software systems like CRMs (Salesforce/Hubspot), CSMs (Vitally / Gainsight), project management tools (Wrike/Asana), and shared inbox ticketing systems (Zendesk/Front) into a proprietary software stack • Experience in hybrid businesses where physical fulfillment and operational logistics are deeply tied to the software strategy is a plus
