⢠Responsible for creating and maintaining the product roadmap for checking account products and solutions, onboarding, registration, and card products (credit, prepaid, or hybrid), aligning it with the company strategy and market needs. ⢠Manage the product lifecycle, acting in all phases: conception, development, launch, growth, maturity, and retirement. ⢠Support pricing, go-to-market and product positioning decisions in partnership with Marketing and Sales teams. ⢠Analyze member behavior and identify improvement opportunities in registration journeys, usability, and services associated with the checking account. ⢠Lead the development of the credit card product from scratch, defining the product vision, strategy, and market positioning. ⢠Map and select strategic partners (card networks/brands, issuers, processors, acquirers, credit bureaus, and anti-fraud platforms). ⢠Work closely with Technology, Finance, Legal and Compliance teams to define product architecture, operational flows and regulatory requirements. ⢠Contribute to the development of features related to limits, revolving credit, installment plans, rewards, cashback, insurance, and card-associated benefits. ⢠Support the definition of credit policies in partnership with Risk and Credit teams. ⢠Monitor trends and innovations in digital payments, digital wallets, tokenization, virtual cards and omnichannel experiences. ⢠Define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring value delivery for members through well-structured user stories and epics. ⢠Responsible for conducting product discovery: analyzing root causes of user pain points, formulating hypotheses and validating ideas to ensure solutions meet member needs, steering product development toward the desired outcomes and helping remove obstacles that could prevent expected delivery. ⢠Lead agile teams, ensuring efficient deliveries aligned with member expectations. ⢠Define and monitor product metrics and data analysis for evidence-based decision making. ⢠Monitor financial market, regulatory and technology trends to keep products competitive. ⢠Ensure compliance with regulations from the Central Bank of Brazil (BACEN), card networks (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), security standards (PCI DSS, LGPD) and other regulatory bodies. ⢠Work on API integrations and onboarding of new partners to expand the service offering. ⢠Define and validate acceptance criteria. ⢠Engage with users, stakeholders and the team to adjust priorities and features as needed. ⢠Perform benchmarking, tracking market trends and competitors to propose new products and improvements. ⢠Responsible for leading multidisciplinary teams, understanding challenges, defining strategies and product value, and prioritizing work. ⢠Act as a bridge between Business, Technology and Design, seeking balance in the development of digital products. ⢠Ensure the Product Backlog is visible, transparent and clear to everyone. ⢠Participate in homologation and validation of implemented solutions, ensuring the expected value is delivered. ⢠Create and maintain product documentation. ⢠Participate in initiatives that contribute to professional growth and share knowledge with team members.
⢠Knowledge of agile methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SAFe. ⢠Experience with product/project management tools: Jira, Miro, Confluence. ⢠Backlog creation and management: ability to write user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritize based on business value. ⢠Basic technical knowledge: familiarity with banking integrations, gateways and APIs. ⢠Data analysis and product metrics: analytical skills to interpret metrics, identify opportunities and drive improvements in digital products (Google Analytics, Hotjar, Amplitude, Power BI, etc.). ⢠Design Thinking and basic UX: user empathy, customer journey, usability testing. Customer-centric and value-oriented mindset. ⢠Clear and objective communication: excellent communication and negotiation skills with stakeholders. Teamwork and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Conflict management and negotiation ability. ⢠Task organization and prioritization: ability to elicit and detail requirements, including functional specifications for development. ⢠Strategic vision and product ownership mindset. ⢠Knowledge of financial products: especially experience with checking accounts, automated onboarding, biometrics, digital registration, cards (credit, prepaid or hybrid) or related financial products (issuance, networks/brands, accreditation or acquiring). ⢠Knowledge of anti-fraud and authentication solutions (biometrics, OCR, facial recognition, tokenization). ⢠Familiarity with card processing systems and integration with issuers and networks. ⢠Experience with prioritization frameworks: knowledge of frameworks such as RICE, MoSCoW, Value vs. Effort, Kano, among others, to support initiative prioritization. ⢠Product Discovery expertise: proficiency in continuous discovery, user interviews, journey mapping, competitor analysis and rapid prototyping. ⢠Knowledge of the credit cycle: risk analysis, underwriting/approval, billing, collections and recovery. ⢠Additional soft skills: critical thinking, adaptability, ability to make quick decisions and problem-solving focus.
