📋 Description

• Conduct design review meetings with system architects and product development team • Create, manage and maintain all project deliverables including BRD, functional specifications • Act as liaison between all project stakeholders • Facilitate configuration meetings with clients and implement product configurations • Capture, document, and memorialize configurations • Perform quality assurance testing during the development phase • Provide demonstrations and training to internal and external stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years working experience as a Senior Business Systems Analyst/BSA • Excellent interpersonal skills and experience at dealing with clients/users at all levels • Presentation skills of technical solutions to business audiences • At least 3 years working with in an agile system development life cycle environment • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Strong problem solving, analytical, negotiation and writing skills • Strong experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio) • Strong experience with SharePoint, JIRA • Working knowledge of XML, HTML and CSS
