âą Contract sales âą Create business development plan. âą Provide and achieve targets to grow the Service Business unit to maximize volume and profitability. âą Promote and sell the LabScape Service Agreements, upgrades and other aftermarket products to all existing and new customers in EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa). âą Be responsible for the maintenance and growth of the Service Contract business for all product groups in General Purpose Instruments in the assigned sales territory âą Evaluate needs and negotiate contracts directly with key accounts or indirectly with 3rd Party Service Providers subject to chart of authority âą Develop existing and build new customer relationships ensuring Bruker is seen as a long-term business partner âą Aid instrument sales by maintaining and developing effective, working customer relationships via valued service products. âą Develop proposal for sales campaigns for specific service products and markets/customers and align campaigns with the Service, Marcom, and Product Management leadership before execution âą Monitor changes or developments within the industry and report to management âą Documentation of activities in our CRM program âą Provide administrative support to customers and field service team, such as responding to pricing inquiries, creating quotations and maintaining customer data base. âą Phone support for customer âą Interact with Finance team to ensure that billing and collections proceed in a timely manner. âą Other duties as assigned that are broadly in line with the above and key objectives.
âą At least 2 years of sales experience. âą Experience with contract sales preferred. âą Tenacity and self-motivation inspired by success, enthusiasm, drive, and initiative directed towards achieving positive outcomes âą An outgoing and likeable personality with a high degree of personal integrity âą Ability to collaborate with people at all levels âą Order processing experience is preferred âą Experience with Salesforce or other CRM system âą Computer literacy for document, presentation preparation and report writing âą Excellent communication (both written and oral) in English and French, German is a strong advantage.
