📋 Description

• Set the design direction across multiple initiatives partnering closely with stakeholders across Design, Product, Marketing and Engineering • Develop and lead a team of high performing designers • Research how products are being used, identify opportunities, define design approaches and iterate on product features and benefits • Evolve design standards, documentation, and processes alongside team members to further the design practice & efficiency in delivery • Strengthen the Primary and secondary research practices • Incorporate feedback loops and user testing practices • Shape & execute on design strategy in collaboration with Product & Marketing managers • Bring consistency across the web platform in collaboration with the Marketing teams • Manage design delivery by planning and tracking in collaboration with stakeholders such as Product, Marketing & Engineering • Validate performance of design solutions and redefine approaches as necessary • Drive and participate in activities aimed at developing BrowserStack's culture - hiring, team engagement activities, expanding the community presence of Design@BrowserStack • Mentor/coach designers and develop next level leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Preferably 7+ years of relevant work experience in Interaction Design, UI/UX design or Product design • Strong portfolio demonstrating past work experience and relevant, user-centered design solutions • Experienced in working on SaaS products • Have grown/ managed a team of high performing designers • Have had experience leading mid to large scale Website redesign/rebranding efforts • Experience working with international teams • Bachelors/ Masters degree in Design/ Computer Science would be an advantage
