📋 Description

• Be the trusted technical advisor for Fortune 500 companies, guiding them on their journey to build flawless digital experiences. • Own the customer's technical evaluation from end-to-end, designing and leading engaging technical sessions. • Create and conduct comprehensive solution demonstrations showcasing the value of BrowserStack. • Act as the primary technical advisor for prospects, leading everything from technical discovery to architectural guidance. • Capture crucial feedback and market insights and relay them to product teams to help steer the future of our platform.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role, preferably in the B2B SaaS space, such as a Sales Engineer or Solutions Architect. • Solid background in a technical discipline, such as a B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience. • Hands-on experience with at least one modern programming language (like Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript). • Experience with modern automation frameworks (such as Selenium, Appium, Cypress, Playwright, or TestNG). • Familiarity with development tools and IDEs (like Git, IntelliJ IDEA, or Visual Studio). • While not required, experience with hands-on consulting and client interaction with amazing demo skills will stand out. • Understanding of Continuous Integration (CI) tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, TeamCity, or Azure DevOps is a plus. • A deeper understanding of networking and security protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, SSL, VPNs, or firewalls) is a plus. • Speaking multiple languages, specifically German, is a preference.
