📋 Description

• Create detailed 3D landscape designs using SketchUp for high-end residential and commercial projects • Produce stunning renders and fly-through animations to bring designs to life • Collaborate directly with the Perth-based design team during overlapping business hours • Develop intricate, artistic landscape concepts that exceed standard geometric approaches • Support the streamlining of design workflows and processes • Work with construction drawings and specifications to ensure design feasibility • Maintain exceptional attention to detail for complex, multi-layered landscape projects • Contribute to expanding design capacity for a growing landscape construction business

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of landscape design experience with a strong portfolio • Advanced proficiency in SketchUp (mandatory requirement) • Experience with Lumion rendering software (highly preferred for animations and renders) • Understanding of construction methodology and building processes • Strong artistic flair and creative design capabilities • Exceptional attention to detail for intricate, complex design work • Bonus if you have experience with Australian construction methods or standards • It helps if you have an architectural background or similar construction-focused experience.
